How long before I'm live?
Typically weeks, not months. We have a dedicated team that works alongside you from day one: helping you think through the right content structure, setting up your base environment, configuring your first client environments, and training you on the platform. Partners consistently tell us the onboarding experience is one of the best they've had with any software vendor. We invest heavily in this phase because your success as a partner is how we earn our revenue. The better you do, the better we do.
How much work is it on my side?
We guide you through the entire process. You make the editorial decisions, we handle the technical setup. If you'd rather have us handle the heavy lifting (importing content, structuring frameworks, configuring workflows) we can do that too, at cost. Most partners find a middle ground. Either way, you're not doing this alone.
How does billing work?
Flexible, and designed to minimize administrative overhead. In most cases, we invoice end users directly, no hassle for you, no accounts receivable to manage. But other arrangements are possible: you can invoice your clients yourself, or we can set up hybrid billing structures. We adapt to what works for your market.

We understand you're building your business on our infrastructure. That's a significant commitment. Comprehensive data portability and exit arrangements are part of every partner agreement. Your content is yours, and we make sure it stays accessible. Transparency on this point is important to us.

All data is hosted 100% in the USA, on enterprise-grade infrastructure with full encryption at rest and in transit. Every client environment is fully separated. We meet the security and compliance requirements you'd expect from a platform that manages sensitive organizational data.
What does it cost my clients?
CollinQ is designed to be affordable for your clients, not just for you. The Standard package is $5 per user per month. That's a fixed price, not a starting point. It includes everything: knowledge management, communication, PDCA workflows, risk registers, audit trails, AI search, SSO, mobile app. For organizations that need advanced analytics, RASCI models, export templates, and public forms, we offer an Enterprise package at custom pricing. You can share our client page with prospects so they can see exactly what they get.
